
In only a few years, FWG has begun and completed numerous real estate projects throughout western Pennsylvania. The diversity of the projects reflects FWG's various abilities.
Mercy Behavioral Health Facility, Pittsburgh, PA
Purchased and completely renovated the 40,000 square foot Equitable Gas Company building on South 10th Street in the South Side in five months. Created a state-of-the-art campus for behavioral health patients through extensive renovation, and constructed an additional 16,000 square foot building. Four buildings on four acres are known as the Mercy Behavioral Health Facility. FWG manages the 75,100 square feet facility for them in four buildings on four acres.
Parkway Center Building Complex, Greentree, PA
FWG's partners Frank Gustine and Ed Pope and additional partners raised four million dollars to purchase the seven-building complex, parking garage and 28-acre driving range. FWG leases and manages 624,000 square feet of office space in the complex.
Trinity Point @ Monroe, Clarion, PA
This proposed bio tech facility is a planned unit development (PUD) on 150 acres of which FWG is the broker of record. FWG is also the developer of the first building on the site - a Bio-Tech facility for the Clarion University Foundation. This 40,000 square foot building was designed by FWG partner, Ed Pope.
Walton Condominiums, Pittsburgh, PA FWG is building 12 new condominiums on Pittsburgh's South Side, adjacent to the Southside Works.
School Bus Depots, Hermitage, PA
Working with Student Transportation of America, FWG is co-developing school bus hubs for the second largest school bus provider in Pennsylvania. The first facility was built in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. Other facilities are being planned throughout western Pennsylvania.
