FWG's partners are Frank Gustine and Ed Pope. They have over 30 years of real estate experience. Their diverse backgrounds enable them to offer a wide range of services to their clients. They have assembled an experienced group of real estate professionals who provide excellent service.

FRANK GUSTINE
Mr. Gustine's knowledge of the Western Pennsylvania commercial real estate market is the result of years of hands-on real estate management, leasing, brokerage and development. He also has extensive mortgage-banking experience. Mr. Gustine is one of the largest developers of office, retail and industrial space in Pennsylvania and Florida. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Gustine is a board member for local universities, associations and health care institutions. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors.

ED POPE
Mr. Pope has over 30 years of construction experience as an architect and in construction services. He has been involved in some of the premier office design projects in western Pennsylvania. In addition to office design, he has vast experience in medical, educational and industrial projects. Mr. Pope received a Bachelor of Science degree from Geneva College and he earned an Engineering Technology degree from Community College of Allegheny County. He has been a registered architect for over 20 years. He is also a licensed realtor and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
