Our Company

FWG was founded in the beginning of 2006, when Frank Gustine and Ed Pope became partners. Mr. Gustine and Mr. Pope began working together on renovating the Mercy Behavioral Health Facility, a two story, forty thousand square foot office and maintenance facility, on Pittsburgh’s South Side. Mr. Pope was the architect for the hospital and Mr. Gustine was the developer. They discovered that they share a fundamental belief that real estate should not be just about buildings, but about how they enhance people’s lives and environments.

FWG takes their philosophy and makes it a reality. We offer services in investment, sales, leasing, management, acquisitions, tenant representation, architectural design, project management and the development of income-producing properties. FWG manages and leases over 625,000 square feet of office space in seven buildings at the Parkway Center Office Complex in Greentree, Pennsylvania. We also manage 75,000 square feet of space occupied by the Mercy Behavioral Science Facility. Our portfolio includes projects in the forefront of Pittsburgh’s office, research and medical technology industries.
